Communication Task #7: Composition on Animal Farm (Instructions/Rubric)

Instructions

Select a character, situation or any one of the seven commandments from the novel and write a composition between 3-5 paragraphs (300 to 450 words) in length.

The composition should include:

A thesis statement;
Ideas to support your statement;
Description of the selected character, situation or commandment and your reaction/viewpoint;
Your thoughts on the author’s ideas about the character, situation or commandment and what he was trying to convey (see note below);
A concluding paragraph.
