Ever wonder what story might be behind a picture?  Well, I wanted to try out an exercise to see what ideas this tenth grade group came up with.  The students wrote some interesting stories based on an old photograph which I projected on the screen.

This was a warm-up exercise for composition writing.

This week we will work on two compositions: Extending the reaction to the video “I Lived” and writing a two-paragraph composition based on the video “Lose Yourself to Dance.”
